We welcome contributions from clinicians, registered dietitians, researchers, health writers, and organizations who share our commitment to accuracy.
What we publish
We're looking for practical, well-sourced articles that help readers make informed decisions. Topics we're especially interested in:
- Folate, B vitamins, and nutrition
- Preconception health, pregnancy, and postpartum
- Women's health and men's health
- Supplements: how to read labels, quality, and safety
- Understanding lab tests and results
- Food, cooking, and nutrient-rich eating
Contributor guidelines
- Evidence first. Health claims must be supported by government health agencies, clinical guidelines, or peer-reviewed research, and cited in the article.
- Original work. Articles must be original and not published elsewhere, including on your own site.
- Written for readers. Plain language, practical takeaways, and no hype. Aim for 1,200 to 2,000 words.
- No medical advice. Explain the evidence and encourage readers to talk with their clinician about their own situation.
- Author bio. Include a short bio with your relevant credentials or experience.
- Images. Optional. If you include any, you must have the rights to use them.
What we don't accept
- Promotional or sales-focused content
- Claims that a product treats, cures, or prevents a condition
- Unsourced, AI-spun, or previously published articles
- Gambling, adult, crypto, or unlicensed pharmacy content
How our editorial review works
- Pitch. Send a short pitch with your proposed topic using the form below.
- Review. Our editors respond within 5 business days.
- Draft and fact-check. Accepted drafts are edited and fact-checked against our editorial policy.
- Publish. We'll share the published link with you.
We may edit articles for accuracy, clarity, length, and style, and we decline submissions that don't meet our standards.
